Create PO or Picklist from FSM (ST, HCP, Jobber) Estimate
When an estimate in Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan is approved and converted to a job, Ply should automatically pull the estimate’s line items, match them to the customer’s catalog, and create a picklist or purchase order depending on workspace settings and inventory availability. Once fulfilled, the picklist and purchase order lines are pushed back to the corresponding job invoice in the FSM. All downstream records must maintain a reference to the FSM estimate and job (both IDs and human-readable numbers).

Add Filter for “Special Order Item”
Summary We frequently create Non‑Stock miscellaneous items in PLY and mark them using the “Special Order Item” toggle. However, there is currently no way to filter or search for items that have this toggle enabled. As a result, locating these items requires manually scrolling through the entire catalog, which can contain 4,000+ items, making it extremely time‑consuming and prone to missed items. Requested Enhancement Add a Filter option within the PLY Material/Item list that allows users to filter specifically by items that have the “Special Order Item” toggle selected/activated. Why This Matters Prevents errors: If the toggle is turned on accidentally, there is currently no efficient way to identify and correct it. Saves significant time: Instead of manually reviewing thousands of items, users could instantly isolate Special Order items. Improves catalog management: Makes it easier to audit, adjust, or remove the Special Order designation at any time. Supports purchasing and warehouse workflows: Provides clear visibility into which items are treated as Special Orders.

Packout Management
Enable techs to scan a Packout (barcode/NFC), adjust quantities for items used, and post those usages to jobs/transfers. At the end of each day, Ply tallies material consumption per packout (or per truck) and generates replenishment work: internal picks from warehouse and draft POs for shortages.

Add Consumables to Field Request funciton
We are utilizing the Field Requests function to place material restock or orders for our construction side of our plumbing business. I do not want to convert these into materials as these are non-sellable items that we use to get the job done. Things like glove refill, mc tank refills, replenish for solder, are crucial things for us to make sure our techs keep on the job site and keep working.

Consumables Visibility for Technicians in the Field
Currently, consumables are not tracked or visible to technicians once they leave the warehouse, as they are consumed at the point of use by design. However, several customers have reported that their field technicians need visibility into consumables assigned to their jobs or trucks in order to better manage usage and avoid running out of supplies on-site. Request: Allow technicians to view consumable materials within the Ply mobile/tech app — either as a read-only list associated with their truck or job, or with optional tracking enabled at the account level. This would give field teams better awareness of what consumables are available without necessarily changing the "consumed on use" logic. Customer Impact: IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical reported that both service and install technicians are unable to see consumables, causing confusion and complaints across the team. This suggests the need may be broader than a single account.

ability to pick and choose which users receive the PO request
rather than having all admins receive approvals for all PO's, give the ability to choose specific approvers - or assign approvals to a "finance" team member

Inventory/Picklist Idea
Add a timer to the block when an inventory count is in the active column and has started. Add total time in the finished section when it is completed by the technician so we can see how long each inventory takesCurrently on the app there is no way to generate a picklist from the replenishment list, the only options are to create and RFQ/Purchase order. Adding an option on the app to create a picklist would also be helpful

Position Sequence
When viewing stock within a location in PLY, our team would benefit from the ability to sort items by position in ascending or descending order. This would help viewers follow the physical layout of the location more efficiently and reduce time spent searching for items. Ideally, the sorting option could be toggled between ascending and descending order based on the viewer's preference or the direction they are moving through the physical location. Additionally, we would love for Ply to default to descending position order when searching for items within a location and when conducting inventory counts. This default would better align with how our team typically moves through locations when picking or counting inventory. Having both the ability to toggle sorting (ascending/descending) and a default descending order would help streamline our workflow and reduce time spent reorganizing item lists during pulls and counts.

Inventory count improvements
Custom Titles for Inventory Counts Currently, inventory count titles are generated automatically based on the location name. The customer would like the ability to manually assign a custom title to each inventory count. This would make it easier to identify and organize counts, especially for users managing multiple scheduled counts across different locations. Ability to Edit the Frequency of a Scheduled Inventory Count At the moment, if a customer wants to change the recurrence period of a scheduled inventory count (e.g., from monthly/every 30 days to weekly), there is no edit option. The current workaround requires the customer to cancel the existing count and create a new one from scratch. Adding an "Edit Frequency" option directly on the scheduled count would significantly improve the user experience and reduce friction. Both of these improvements were requested directly by a customer and represent real workflow pain points. Happy to provide more context if needed.

Finished Jobs - "Newest First" sort should use scheduled date, not last updated date
When sorting Finished Jobs by "Newest first," the sort should be based on the scheduled date, consistent with how Active Jobs behave. Currently, Finished Jobs sort by the most recent update date instead.
