Submit IdeaCycle count Adjustments Reporting
I would like to suggest building a report of the Adjusted Items on Cycle counts, how many items were adjusted from Cycle counts with a dollar amount so we can see how much money was lost. It would be helpful if this was a month-to-month report as well so I can see all the counts from August and how many items were adjusted and how much those missing items costed.

Less Clicks
In the main catalog page, when editing pricing by clicking the pencil mark I feel like we should be able to edit all supplier pricing within that screen. Not just cost to the business.

Bulk Update For Images
Currently, we can only add images to new materials in bulk using the Photo URL column. However, when we need to bulk edit existing materials, the Photo column is not included in the download. Even if we manually add the column to the file, it is not picked up during the import. Can we add a Photo URL column to the bulk edit file as well?

Ability to generate a PO number before adding line items (auto-generate on PO creation)
Request: Customer needs a PO number to be available at the moment a PO is created, before any materials/line items are added. In their workflow, techs go to the supply house first and need a PO number to give them on the spot — they don't yet know which materials they'll be purchasing. The current PO Number Format setting (Settings > Procurement > Purchasing Settings) only generates a number once the PO already has content, which doesn't fit this use case. As a workaround, if they create the PO first and later attach the packing slip, the packing slip is saved as a plain attachment and the AI/OCR does not extract data from it — data extraction only works when the packing slip is used to create the PO from scratch. Customer suggested allowing a placeholder/dummy line item to be added just to generate the PO number, while still allowing the AI to extract full data from an uploaded packing slip image afterward (instead of it becoming a plain attachment).

Longer list timing
It would be nice to have the "list" option last up to 12 hours (even with exiting out of the camera) so users can accumulate the list as they go before putting in a PO or RFQ at the end of their shift. This would make it easier for the users so they don't have to go through multiple buttons to add one inventory items at a time on a PO. Instead they can scan the barcode and save it as they go.

PO# added to Service Titan Job
Under Job Costing in Service Titan, is there a way for the PO's that go through Ply, to appear as a purchase order in Service Titan?

Ability to control the number of decimals on PO prices
Ability to round the total cost field after receiving a PO, so it doesn't display with more than 2 decimal places. Context: Client noted that during reconciliation, the total cost is rounded to 4 decimal places (driven by catalog item unit prices) instead of 2. Client would like a way to adjust or display this as a standard 2-decimal.

Improve Partial PO Receiving – Line-by-Line Reconciliation
When receiving against a PO that is only partially received, allow the receiving screen to reopen and reconcile all items at once, instead of forcing the user to go line by line selecting "Add to Stock," then location, then quantity for each item individually. This is especially burdensome for vendors who source from multiple locations/delivery methods, resulting in frequent partial deliveries.

Request for Purchase Form for Items Not In Catalog
It would be very helpful to have a way for techs to submit a request for a product(s) that does not exist in the catalog with information about the preferred vendor, url for products, etc. that would mitigate the need for external request forms and allow for complete transparency and easy sourcing.

Auto-calculate PO sales tax based on project/ship-to ZIP
Account: Amped Electric Requester: Marty Flair (sponsor / primary user) Component: Procurement > Purchase Orders > Tax Suggested owner: Product Request: Auto-calculate sales tax on POs from the project location / customer ship-to ZIP - the address where material is received - rather than requiring manual entry or defaulting to the buyer's warehouse. Current state: Ply returns no tax value. Amped manually enters tax on every PO. Confirmed requirement: Marty was explicit that tax jurisdiction equals project location - "the customer address is where we will want the tax code to be based on... and that's where you're shipping everything, the customer's home." This matches what I've heard from other accounts asking for the same thing (ship-to address, whether that's their warehouse or the customer site). Business impact: Manual tax entry on every PO - direct data-entry cost and error riskMisapplied jurisdiction risks billing and compliance errors on customer invoices Questions we need to answer: Current roadmap status - is tax-by-ZIP committed?Target release window / ETA?Confirm the calculation will reference ship-to / project ZIP, not the buyer's warehouseAny interim guidance to reduce manual entry in the meantime? Marty is one of the more detailed sources of product feedback I have on the QuickBooks side, and this input is likely to generalize to other QuickBooks accounts.

PIN JOBS THAT NEED TO BE CONTINUED/GENERAL JOB IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTION
When we message on our phones, we can pin conversations to the top so they don't get lost in the all the messages we get daily. It would be useful if we could similarly sort the Jobs - pin jobs to the top of the page so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. Admin can review the Jobs, make appropriate next steps, order parts, and reschedule when the time comes. Even another subsection for Continuing Jobs would be helpful to organize some of the Jobs.On this topic of the Jobs, it would be nice to have another category besides Finished Jobs - a canceled job subsection would be nice, so we can track some customer appointment data. Even being able to make a folder could be useful , similar to how we can sort the Catalog.

Ability to Attach a Barcode List to Jobber Quotes
Customer is bringing in ~4,000 materials synced from Jobber and wants to eventually generate Jobber Quotes that include a barcode list of the materials on them. Currently, Ply only syncs materials at the Job level (once a Jobber quote is converted to a job), not at the Quote/Estimate level, so Quotes aren't visible as their own object in Ply. Additionally, barcode data (which lives at the Ply Stock/location level) does not sync over to Jobber at all today. Customer would like a way to have a barcode list tied to or generated from a Quote, before it becomes a Job.

Pricing with Transfers/picklists
Make a way to select when transferring to housecall or creating a picklist that can make it zero cost to client. When bidding a job we don't itemize pricing. Currently i have to go onto the job in housecall and zero out the price, or zero out each item when transferring inside ply.
