Submit IdeaFilter Materials by Price
This would be helpful especially in identifying materials with $0 price and getting those updated. Also, bad syncs from HCP can come in with a $0 price. It's just a useful way to audit the materials list without scrolling through every page.

Pick List Position Sorting
It would be helpful and boost efficiency to have PickLists sortable by Position. Currently Picklists are arranged by how items are added to them and there is no option to sort items. We can painstakingly add items in order of shelf position when creating new lists, but this is not efficient. When creating PickLists from field requests, they are simply in the order that our Technicians randomly add items. Being able to sort Pick Lists by position would add efficiency and accuracy when pulling these.

Show Backordered Items on PO Without Needing to Enter Reconciliation
Request: Add a way to see which items on a PO are backordered directly from the PO view itself (a "quick look"), without having to go into the reconciliation flow to find out. Context: Customer had a PO marked as "Partially Received" and had to go into reconciliation to discover which 2 specific materials were still backordered. He noted it would be more convenient to see backordered items at a glance from the PO itself.

Streamline second reconciliation on Partially Received POs
When reconciling the remaining items on a Partially Received PO, users have to go item by item: Add stock > Add location > select location > enter quantity > Save. This is slow and inefficient compared to the first reconciliation, where the location is selected once at the top, quantities are edited inline, and the whole page is saved at once. Request: Make subsequent reconciliations on the same PO follow the same flow as the first one (single location selector at the top, inline quantity editing, save all at once).

Sync product variants individually to the Housecall Pro pricebook
Customer is requesting that each variant of a material in Ply sync to Housecall Pro as its own pricebook item, so variants can be selected individually when building an estimate in HCP. Current behavior: when a material is set up with variants in Ply, only the parent/first variant reaches the Housecall Pro pricebook. The individual variants are only visible on the job once theyβre sent from Ply, so they canβt be picked while the estimate is being built in HCP. Requested behavior: each variant syncs to the Housecall Pro pricebook as a separate item, with its own name and item number, available for selection at estimate stage. Customer workflow: estimates are created in Housecall Pro and, once approved by the client, become a job that is then allocated to a PO/job number in Ply. Impact: Variants are promoted as a way to manage sizes with their own cost/price structure at catalog and stock level, so customers expect that structure to carry over to the FSM pricebook.

Inventory Usage report - Combined Top 50 Most-Used Materials Report Across all Locations
Monthly report showing the top 50 most-used materials combined across all of their locations. Currently, the Inventory Usage report only shows results per location, so we would need to run it separately for each location and manually combine/rank the results to get a true top 50 across all locations. We would like the ability to do this directly across all locations from the Inventory Usage report.

Allow materials to be marked as taxable in Ply and sync the setting to ServiceTitan
Problem Customers using the ServiceTitan integration need their materials marked as taxable in ServiceTitan so tax is applied correctly on invoices. Today, materials synced from Ply arrive without the taxable flag, so customers have to check the Taxable box manually on each item in ServiceTitan. For accounts with large catalogs, this isnβt practical. The customer who reported this has over 8,000 materials to update. Current Behavior Ply has no taxable setting for materials. When materials sync to the ServiceTitan pricebook, the Taxable field isnβt populated, and it must be set manually in ServiceTitan item by item. Requested Behavior Add a Taxable toggle at the material level in Ply that syncs to the Taxable field in ServiceTitan. Include bulk editing (and/or support in the material import file) so customers can update many materials at once.

Add a βDiscountβ button/ section to the PO.
When creating or editing a PO, please include a discount option in the final additional charges section, since vendors sometimes apply discounts to our purchase orders.

Improve Partial PO Receiving β Line-by-Line Reconciliation
When receiving against a PO that is only partially received, allow the receiving screen to reopen and reconcile all items at once, instead of forcing the user to go line by line selecting "Add to Stock," then location, then quantity for each item individually. This is especially burdensome for vendors who source from multiple locations/delivery methods, resulting in frequent partial deliveries.

Filter the Dashboard by a specific warehouse or location
Problem Customers with more than one location can't see Dashboard data for a single warehouse. The Dashboard always combines all locations, so it's hard to track how one warehouse is doing. Current Behavior The Dashboard can be customized to choose which features or widgets are shown. All Dashboard data includes every location in the account combined (warehouses and trucks). There's no option to filter or set the Dashboard to one location. The only workaround is to open each warehouse from Stock > Warehouses, which doesn't show the same overview as the Dashboard. Requested Behavior Add a location filter on the Dashboard so users can choose one or more specific warehouses or trucks. Ideally, save the selected location as the user's default view, so it loads automatically each time.

Add Tool Requests into the Field Requests portion
Adding a section in the Field Requests to request tools would be a very helpful feature. Our plumber's often need expensive and specialized tools temporarily on the job site. This would help speed up the field requests and make our delivery routes smoother.

Min/Max levels and automatic replenishment for Equipment
Problem: Equipment doesnβt support minimum and maximum stock levels, so it canβt use Rolling Replenishment. Customers who stock equipment have to monitor levels and create restock POs manually. Current Behavior: Min/max levels and Rolling Replenishment are only available for materials or kits. Equipment has no option to set stock levels or trigger automatic restock POs. Requested Behavior: Allow min/max levels to be set for equipment Support Rolling Replenishment for equipment, so a PO is automatically created and emailed to a selected supplier when stock drops below the minimum Business Impact: Removes manual monitoring and PO creation for equipment Reduces the risk of running out of equipment needed for jobs Gives equipment the same replenishment automation materials already have
