  2. Filter the Dashboard by a specific warehouse or location

Problem Customers with more than one location can't see Dashboard data for a single warehouse. The Dashboard always combines all locations, so it's hard to track how one warehouse is doing. Current Behavior The Dashboard can be customized to choose which features or widgets are shown. All Dashboard data includes every location in the account combined (warehouses and trucks). There's no option to filter or set the Dashboard to one location. The only workaround is to open each warehouse from Stock > Warehouses, which doesn't show the same overview as the Dashboard. Requested Behavior Add a location filter on the Dashboard so users can choose one or more specific warehouses or trucks. Ideally, save the selected location as the user's default view, so it loads automatically each time.

  3. Add Tool Requests into the Field Requests portion

Adding a section in the Field Requests to request tools would be a very helpful feature. Our plumber's often need expensive and specialized tools temporarily on the job site. This would help speed up the field requests and make our delivery routes smoother.

  4. Filter Materials by Price

This would be helpful especially in identifying materials with $0 price and getting those updated. Also, bad syncs from HCP can come in with a $0 price. It's just a useful way to audit the materials list without scrolling through every page.

  5. Pick List Position Sorting

It would be helpful and boost efficiency to have PickLists sortable by Position. Currently Picklists are arranged by how items are added to them and there is no option to sort items. We can painstakingly add items in order of shelf position when creating new lists, but this is not efficient. When creating PickLists from field requests, they are simply in the order that our Technicians randomly add items. Being able to sort Pick Lists by position would add efficiency and accuracy when pulling these.

  6. Draft Picklists in Ply with Product Cost

We really need to be able to create a draft pick list for job being bid out. If we get the job, the warehouse knows what the estimator needs for the job and can move it directly into the ordering/picking queue. We also need to be able to see the TOTAL business cost of the items in the draft pick list so that estimating can use Ply to help them with quote development.

Make it possible to hide or remove the ribbon of metrics added at the top of the screen in the mobile app, or make it optional.

  8. Show Backordered Items on PO Without Needing to Enter Reconciliation

Request: Add a way to see which items on a PO are backordered directly from the PO view itself (a "quick look"), without having to go into the reconciliation flow to find out. Context: Customer had a PO marked as "Partially Received" and had to go into reconciliation to discover which 2 specific materials were still backordered. He noted it would be more convenient to see backordered items at a glance from the PO itself.

  9. Min/Max levels and automatic replenishment for Equipment

Problem: Equipment doesn’t support minimum and maximum stock levels, so it can’t use Rolling Replenishment. Customers who stock equipment have to monitor levels and create restock POs manually. Current Behavior: Min/max levels and Rolling Replenishment are only available for materials or kits. Equipment has no option to set stock levels or trigger automatic restock POs. Requested Behavior: Allow min/max levels to be set for equipment Support Rolling Replenishment for equipment, so a PO is automatically created and emailed to a selected supplier when stock drops below the minimum Business Impact: Removes manual monitoring and PO creation for equipment Reduces the risk of running out of equipment needed for jobs Gives equipment the same replenishment automation materials already have

  10. Upload Materials to Multiple Locations at Once

Add an option during material uploads that allows users to select multiple stock locations where the material should be available. Currently, users can select only one location per material. This feature would allow them to add a material to multiple locations in a single upload.

  11. Carry over job material quantities when creating a PO from a job

Context/Use case: Jobs come in from Housecall Pro with their materials and quantities already set. When the customer selects those materials and clicks β€œCreate PO,” every line on the PO defaults to 1, so they end up ordering 1 of everything and have to fix each quantity by hand. For them, the quantity on the job is exactly what they need to order (for example, to restock what was transferred to the job). Pre-filling the PO with the job’s quantities would save time and avoid ordering mistakes for any customer who creates POs from jobs. If a material has a quantity of 0 on the job, it could still default to 1.

  12. Bulk Select when Updating PO Line Items in Matching

Currently when you turn on the toggle for "Update purchase order items" in Matching, you have to individually select each item to accept the price update on the PO. Would be great if we could get a select all button there. Thanks

  13. Capture Additional Fees on PO (i.e. surcharges)

Currently the AI does not pick up additional fees on a PO like a surcharge and the total amount is off. It would be great if there were a way for it to both pick up additional surcharges on the PO, but also to manually add those in if need be similar to how you can add tax and shipping.

  15. Add a β€œDiscount” button/ section to the PO.

When creating or editing a PO, please include a discount option in the final additional charges section, since vendors sometimes apply discounts to our purchase orders.
