In the main catalog page, when editing pricing by clicking the pencil mark I feel like we should be able to edit all supplier pricing within that screen. Not just cost to the business.

Option to Require 100% Completion for Inventory Counts
Request: Add the ability to mark/configure whether an inventory count requires 100% completion (all items counted) before it can be marked as completed, or whether it can be closed partially (as it works today). Context: Customer noted that a technician marked an inventory count (H13) as completed after only entering quantities for 2 of 54 items on the list, without any warning or block. While this is expected behavior since not all counts require full completion, the customer would like the option to enforce 100% completion for counts where that matters, to avoid counts being marked done prematurely.

Longer list timing
It would be nice to have the "list" option last up to 12 hours (even with exiting out of the camera) so users can accumulate the list as they go before putting in a PO or RFQ at the end of their shift. This would make it easier for the users so they don't have to go through multiple buttons to add one inventory items at a time on a PO. Instead they can scan the barcode and save it as they go.

Truck then Warehouse used goods tracking
There should be a function that if a tech is assigned to a truck the inventory taken out will first look at the truck, but if the truck is not shown to have that inventory then it should assume the tech took the item out of the warehouse. Right now the app only takes inventory out of the truck if the person is assigned to truck, but techs might be pulling many items from the warehouse each day, so to cut down on time for techs to log items, and missed tracking issues it would be good for the app to recognize that if a truck doesn't have the inventory then it would have come from the warehouse.

Consumables: Freon Log
I would like to be able to track freon on the trucks and warehouse: Warehouse consumables: Vender, Purchase Date, PO#, Quantity and Jugs # eg. 2of20 Truck consumables: Tank number, Assigned Date, Tech Initials, Issued by and Return Date.

Archive?
Right now it looks like only option for disconiued materials is to delete it. Can we get an archive that allows us to keep the history but removes from cycle counts, accidental reorders/using...?

Allow negative van balances when HCP job usage exceeds van stock
Problem: When a technician uses more of a material on a Housecall Pro job than is assigned to their van in Ply, there's no way to see that shortage. Customers building van templates want usage to come only from the van and never touch the warehouse, but they also want overuse to be visible so they can catch mistakes and restock accurately. Current Behavior: Ply doesn't support negative balances. If a van has fewer units than the quantity used on the synced job, Ply automatically adds the missing quantity to the van and then deducts the full amount, leaving the van at 0. The only way to tell this happened is to check the material's Activity log manually. Example: van has 3, tech uses 4 → Ply adds 1, deducts 4, van shows 0. Requested Behavior: Let the van balance go negative (e.g., 3 on hand, 4 used → shows -1) instead of auto-adding stock. Ideally this would be a setting per company or per location, and negative balances would be flagged or filterable so admins can spot them and reconcile. Business Impact: Customers using vans as their source of truth need accurate visibility into overuse. Auto-adding stock hides tech errors, inflates what appears to have been on the van, and requires manual Activity checks to catch. Requested by Jose (HCP customer) on 10/6/2026 via chat while setting up van templates; he noted it would be extremely helpful. Include Available Quantities in Equipment Export
Issue: The Equipment Availability view (Warehouse > Equipment) allows exporting via Print and Export, but the exported file doesn't include quantities, only name, model number, etc. Request: Add the ability to export available quantities from the Equipment Availability report, so customers can run a self-serve report to share with contractors/clients when they request an inventory count, without needing Support to build it manually each time. Customer's required fields: Equipment name, model number, and quantity (description not needed). Context: Customer currently tracks water heaters as Equipment (not Materials) specifically to retain serial number tracking for warranty/controls purposes, even though the units are "in use." Workaround provided for now: Support manually pulled and formatted the export with quantities included.

Improve Partial PO Receiving – Line-by-Line Reconciliation
When receiving against a PO that is only partially received, allow the receiving screen to reopen and reconcile all items at once, instead of forcing the user to go line by line selecting "Add to Stock," then location, then quantity for each item individually. This is especially burdensome for vendors who source from multiple locations/delivery methods, resulting in frequent partial deliveries.

Create a Pick List by selecting materials within a Kit
Customer would like the ability to select materials within a Kit and have an option to create a Pick List directly from the selected items.

Allow Technicians to Select Kits Directly from Catalog in Field Requests (without location assignment)
When a technician creates a Field Request from the mobile app, they can see and select any Material from the full Catalog, regardless of whether that material is stocked or assigned to their location. Kits do not follow this same logic — a Kit only appears as a selectable option in the "Select Kits" screen if it has been explicitly assigned to the tech's location (even with 0 stock). If the Kit exists in the Catalog but hasn't been assigned to that specific truck/location, it's not selectable, even though its component Materials are individually visible to the tech. Accounts that build Kits centrally in one warehouse and only need them requested ad hoc, job by job, currently have to pre-assign every Kit to every truck location (even at zero stock) just so techs have the option to request it in the field. This creates unnecessary setup overhead for a workflow Materials already support natively. Requested enhancement: Extend the same catalog-wide visibility currently available for Materials to Kits in the Field Request flow, so a technician can select any Kit from the full Catalog when submitting a Field Request; without requiring it to be pre-assigned to their location first.

Add non inventory items to PO's
I need to add non-inventory items to PO - travel/labor when we hire outside suppliers to do work.

Add “Reason” and “Notes” options when moving tools
Current behavior: The “Reason” and “Notes” options are currently available when transferring materials, but not when moving tools. Requested behavior: Add the ability to select a Reason and add Notes when moving a tool to a location or a job.

Pick List - Assign Serial Number while picking, not at creation
Would be great to be able to create a pick list without forcing pre-selecting a SN. Having option to assign SN during picking would allow less friction. We stock 30-40 Generacs at a time, and I dont know what SN is in the front of the shelves, and which ones are in the back that will take 15 min to get out...
